Freediving
Because in freediving, even if only for a few minutes, we separate ourselves from the force of gravity in a liquid and marvellous embrace of the sea and its pressure.
This is probably what gives the sensation that the spirit is separated from everything else, leading us to a state of deep relaxation and well-being in absolute freedom, or perhaps because in apnea one has the sensation that time stands still.
Because in freediving you have the feeling that time stops.
